INTENSITY CAMP 2008

June 23-27 / 9:00am-3:00pm / Grades 4-12
If you are just begining or are currently an experienced player, this camp can be a tremendous advantage. Our system of progressive exercises and instruction is aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of the athlete to be more skillful at faster speeds with greater precision. Developing self discipline and a work ethic , combined with goal setting and the implementation of a plan is what its about.  This is what we do full time.

Lee Smith has established himself as one of the most respected skill development specialist in the region. Lee Has earned two Professional Certifications, NSCA - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and NASM - Performance Enhancement Specialist. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/ Athletic Training and will finish his Masters in Exercise Science with emphasis in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention this summer.

Lee is also a Washington State Certified Teacher of Health and Physical Educatation which has given him a genuine understanding of educational psychology and the learning process.  This along with his extensive background as both a player and coach at the high school, collegiate, PRO-AM  and AAU National level makes him and the Triple Threat program unique. His methods and modes of training have been molded over the last 16 years.

As a player Lee was considered one of the greatest players to ever don a raider uniform. At Southern Oregon Univeristy , Lee surpassed many school milestones. Included was the record for 3 point field goals made in a single game with 9. Lee also shoy his way second place in scoring for the district (21.7ppg) , second in overall points for a single season in SOU history, and placed second in the nation for 3 point field goals made with 122 in a season. Lee was named to the Cascade Collegiate Conference and was an All NAIA District II and All Little Northwest selection.
